What they need
- Carry out Preventive and Predictive Maintenance as assign by the superior by follows its schedule.
- Report any major problem related to the machine and product quality to the superior immediately.
- Attend daily morning group meeting to report previous day matters.
- Understand and abide all Spare Parts Storage Room rules at all time.
- Make sure all equipments' Daily / Weekly / Monthly Checksheet are checked and filled in completely.
- Understand the Department's PDIP Control Point and follow up with any implement action plans to achieve the target.
- Make sure all Planned Maintenance Job (e.g.: Filter exchange, Filter purging, etc.) are performed on time and followed to each job's SOP.
- Responds to any machine breakdown as soon as possible. Fill in all details completely into the ESO after finish repair.
- Troubleshoot / repair machine in the shortest time possible. Refer to the superior immediately if have technical difficulties / unable to finish the job.
