What they need
- Inspecting buildings, equipment’s, hotel rooms and systems to identify any issues.
- Fix faulty equipment, structures, and mechanical systems.
- Perform maintenance of electrical.
- Assist with ventilation, refrigeration, and related repairs.
- Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
- Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed.
- Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
- Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned projects (ie: painting, carpentry, servicing air-cond. & etc.)
- Maintain accurate records regarding routine inspections of all mechanical equipment, safe handling procedures of chemicals, and daily work/project logs.
