Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical, electrical, and appliance systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are upheld, and operational disruptions are minimized. Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues like leaks, drywall issues, painting, etc.
• Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to complete complex repairs efficiently while providing excellent customer service to internal clients or external customers when necessary.
• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on common issues in a home
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair.
• Familiarity with schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex systems.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
• Ability to operate construction tools and company vehicles safely while demonstrating leadership in team settings.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with the ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively.

What is provided - Vehicle work truck & warehouse. Common tools are to be brought by the techincian. Any specialty tools needed on the job can be approved by management for purchase.

Pay: $21.00 - $25.00 per hour
