MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Key Responsibilities

·       Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on CNC machines and supporting equipment.

·       Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

·       Diagnose machine alarms, axis errors, vibration, overheating, and positioning issues.

·       Maintain and repair key CNC components including spindles, ball screws, bearings, motors, drives, sensors, and tool changers.

·       Conduct machine calibration, alignment, leveling, installation, and functional testing when required.

·       Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform root cause analysis to minimize downtime.

·       Maintain accurate maintenance records, downtime reports, and spare-parts usage.

·       Work closely with production, machinists, supervisors, and engineers to ensure machine reliability and productivity.

·       Follow EHS, safety, LOTO, and 5S requirements at all times.

·       Support equipment improvement, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.

·       Take ownership of machine performance, maintenance quality, and long-term equipment reliability.
