What they need
- Install and maintain air conditioning and cooling systems
- Ensure proper temperature in food preparation and storage areas
- Clean and service aircon units regularly
- Check and fix problems immediately to avoid food spoilage
- Monitor equipment to meet food safety standards
- Repair or replace damaged parts
Qualifications:
- High school graduate or vocational course (RAC/HVAC)
- TESDA certification (RAC NC II) is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of aircon and refrigeration systems
- Can troubleshoot and repair units
- Physically fit and willing to work in different areas
- Responsible and can respond quickly to issues
