Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Construction Worker to assist with a variety of construction and labor tasks on residential and commercial job sites. The ideal candidate will be a team member to others onsite, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and help complete projects efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general construction and labor duties on job sites
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Prepare and clean construction sites before and after work
• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Assist with demolition, framing, digging, lifting, and material installation, Etc.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous construction or labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and lift heavy materials
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50–75 pounds
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable working on ladders and active job sites

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
