Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance, electrical maintenance, mechanical maintenance, preventative maintenance, repair, and thermoforming tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Troubleshoot issues with injection molding machines and resolve problems efficiently.
• Conduct routine checks on equipment to identify potential faults before they become major issues.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in machine maintenance or related field (injection moulding).
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanics, and thermodynamics principles.
• Proficiency in performing breakdown repairs, preventative maintenance schedules, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high levels of productivity.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
