Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and verify pending maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical, plumbing, wood, and stucco.
• Perform repairs and install new fixtures or components as needed throughout the property.
• Repair wooden balconies and ensure the overall property remains in good condition.
• Report incidents or irregular conditions identified during daily inspections.
• Perform weed removal, shrub trimming, and occasional tree maintenance.
• Apply spray treatments in designated areas as needed.
• Operate equipment such as mowers, saws, pressure washers, generators, and other power and hand tools while following safety guidelines.
• Assist with construction projects and equipment installations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
• Support additional operational tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Experience with wood, stucco, plumbing, and basic electrical systems is a strong plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
