Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using schematics and technical manuals.
• Conduct appliance repairs and installations, including HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and kitchen equipment such as ovens, dishwashers, and fryers.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and system manuals to diagnose issues accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate complex repairs or upgrades while adhering to safety protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of HVAC system repair, refrigeration technology, air conditioning systems, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for troubleshooting purposes.
• Mechanical knowledge related to equipment repair and maintenance across various systems.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) practices in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
• Leadership qualities that support teamwork and safety compliance in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $27.20 - $32.76 per hour
