Maintenance Technician

I have rental properties on the east side of Cleveland and adding more each year. I need a reliable maintenance technician to help me with all forms of everyday maintenance, including but not limited to:

drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, painting, demolition, cabinetry, etc...

I am NOT looking for someone who is going to want to outsource to a contractor. I am looking for someone who becomes my go-to person to help me save money from hiring expensive contractors. The easier you make my life, the better you will do.

I want someone who loves to brag about how they can fix everything and loves to troubleshoot by researching on youtube and other online sources.

Must have their own tools.

Pay is $25 per hour plus $5 per hour in bonus at the end of the year based on communication skills, promptness of task completion, and other metrics we will discuss before you start.

Must have reliable transportation.

We will get a maintenance order and do our research and our experience to determine the number of hours it will take and tell you what it will pay. If you get it done faster, you still keep the full amount AS LONG AS the work is done right with no call backs. If there is a call back, you still keep the money but you have to go back and fix on your own time.

Extra plus if you can do renovation work because that will definitely keep yuo busy long term.

You must have a clean background check.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Application Question(s):

• Do you have reliable transportation?
• Do you have another job to fill the time since this is not a full time or even part time job as of yet?
• What is your WORST skill in maintenance?

Work Location: In person
