Maintenance Technician

What You'll Be Doing (Depending on Skill Level):

• Performing general maintenance tasks, including repairs, cleaning, and equipment upkeep
• Using power tools and hand tools for grounds maintenance
• Conducting regular building inspections to identify safety and maintenance needs
• Communicating with tenants, vendors, and other staff to coordinate repairs or improvements
• Logging work completed and reporting issues to the facilities team or supervisor
