Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and ground equipment.
• Diagnose issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools; execute repairs promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Repair emergency aircraft and on field aircraft
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks at various locations; maintain accurate records of work performed.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and mechanical drawings to facilitate effective repairs and installations.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and internal clients regarding maintenance status or repair needs.

Requirements

• A&P Certificate
• 18 years of age
• Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately; experience with equipment repair and maintenance is essential.
• Construction experience or familiarity with mechanical systems installation is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills combined with leadership qualities to guide team efforts when needed.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles; commitment to safety standards at all times.
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
