Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, stoves,refrigerators and fixing dishwashers.
• Capentry work is a must
• Roofing experience repairs
• Plumbing experience
• Conduct detailed diagnostics on mechanical failures and execute repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
• Operate company vehicles safely for maintenance tasks across multiple sites while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; work orders given on a daily basis.
• Trash out units once residents move out and do repairs
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize work orders and improve maintenance procedures for efficiency.Requirements
• Responding to work orders
• Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Experience with maintenance, repair and operations.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; knowledge of safety standards is essential.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
