Maintenance Technician

Position Title: Maintenance Technician/Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs repairs in the office, warehouse, and branches as reported, including but not limited to:
• Replacing light bulbs and doorknobs
• Repainting
• Repairing equipment
• Repairing company vehicles
• Maintaining furniture and fixtures
• Conducts routine inspections and preventive maintenance of buildings, equipment, furniture, and fixtures to ensure proper upkeep.
• Records and monitors the type and cost of maintenance and repair work.
• Packs and unpacks items to be stocked on warehouse shelves.
• Assists in moving stocks, freight, and other materials to and from storage areas or delivery vehicles, either manually or using carts and other equipment.
• Provides assistance to office and branch personnel as needed.
• Conducts monthly inventory counts.
• Assists warehouse personnel when necessary, including:
• Handling shipments
• Supporting company events
• Performing maintenance tasks
• Stocking and labeling products
• Preparing products for delivery
• Conducts regular visits to all branches and submits reports on findings.
• Submits daily and weekly itineraries.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least High School graduate; vocational or technical training in electrical, mechanical, or related field is an advantage.
• With at least 1–2 years of experience in maintenance, warehouse operations, or related work.
• Knowledgeable in basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and equipment repair.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting and moving heavy items.
• Ability to operate basic tools, equipment, and warehouse handling devices.
• With good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct regular branch visits.
• Can work with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• With valid driver’s license (if required for company vehicle use).
