Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, kitchen equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot issues using schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
• Conduct appliance repair and installation tasks across various settings, including HVAC & appliance technology systems.
• Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to execute construction or renovation projects related to mechanical systems or facility upgrades.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients regarding repair status or system issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting procedures for complex mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair—including air conditioning—and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools efficiently and safely; experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) is preferred.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building infrastructure is a plus.
• Strong mechanical knowledge combined with leadership qualities to guide less experienced team members when needed.
• Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities; proactive problem-solving mindset is essential.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
