Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances, HVAC components, kitchen equipment, and mechanical systems following safety standards and manufacturer specifications.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct repairs on mechanical systems including air conditioning units, ventilation systems, and other building infrastructure.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to lead maintenance projects and support construction or renovation activities when required.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a focus on appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and technical manuals related to HVAC & appliance technology.
• Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, air conditioning repair, and equipment repair/maintenance.
• Demonstrated ability to operate construction tools and company vehicles safely.
• Experience working with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial environments.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently while providing excellent customer service.
• Familiarity with construction processes or facility upgrades is a plus.
