Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of equipment and systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure operational efficiency, safety, and comfort by performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs with precision. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your mechanical knowledge and technical skills in a fast-paced environment dedicated to excellence.

Primary Duties

• Perform a variety of general trades related maintenance duties to maintain plant systems, structures, and equipment where journeyman license is not required. May involve routine rough carpentry, replacement of basic machine parts, switches, painting, piping, etc.
• Assist tradesmen in major maintenance projects.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Work on assigned tasks.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Maintain documentation of assigned maintenance activities.
• Fabricate, build, install, and repair counters, benches, partitions, floors doors, building framework, trim and other structures.
• Respond to emergency calls. Test malfunctioning machinery and repair.
• Replace faulty electric components of machines such as relays, switches, and motors and positions sensing devices.

Fabrication skills to include tending to Weld Cells. Including proper operation, maintenance and robotics. Fanuc experience is highly desired.
