What they need
Machine & Facility Maintenance Engineer
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
Key Responsibilities
- Handle preventive, breakdown, and corrective maintenance of machines and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, pneumatic, and control systems.
- Maintain PLC, VFD, sensors, motors, control panels, relays, contactors, and pneumatic components.
- Maintain facility utilities including compressors, pumps, DG, HVAC, electrical distribution, and lighting.
- Read and interpret electrical and pneumatic drawings.
- Conduct RCA for recurring machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain PM schedules, breakdown records, and maintenance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing and technical support.
- Ensure machine availability, safety, and minimum downtime.
