A thriving local property management company is currently seeking motivated and skilled full-time Community Technicians to enhance our maintenance team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the operational excellence and comfort of our properties. Position: Full-time Community Technician

Salary: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

Location: Local (In-person work required)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Handle repairs and maintenance of electrical circuits, switches, outlets, and lighting fixtures.
• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures including water heaters and dishwashers.
• Maintain and repair building exteriors including roofs, doors, and windows.
• Install drywall, trim, and appliances in units.
• Willingness to work evening, weekend, and on-call shifts, including emergency response.
• Communicate professionally with team members, residents, and external contacts.
• Ensure safety standards are met in the operation of all equipment and handling of hazardous materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in maintenance.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• HVAC certification is an asset but not mandatory.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts.
