Maintenance Technician

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for ensuring that all equipment, units, and facilities are properly maintained to support a safe, efficient, and well-functioning working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on equipment and facility systems.
• Complete residential painting and general upkeep tasks as needed.
• Coordinate with the Site Manager to prioritize and schedule repairs.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and materials used.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
