- Communication & Handovers: Maintain clear communication with property management staff and residents regarding repair statuses, and document all maintenance activities accurately to ensure a smooth shift in handovers.
- Active Safety Stewardship: Uphold a culture of safety by strictly adhering to OSHA protocols, company policies, and federal/state/local regulations, while looking out for the physical well-being of coworkers.
- Supply & Tool Accountability: Assist the team in maintaining an organized inventory of supplies and tools, ensuring equipment is properly cared for and returning shared resources promptly for others to use.

- Adaptability & Agility: A positive attitude when priorities shift, with the ability to brainstorm solutions collectively when unexpected property emergencies arise.
- Technical Expertise: Robust hands-on knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting. Preference will be given to candidates with relevant certifications (NSPIRE, HVAC, EPA Universal, electrical, or plumbing).
- Strong Communication: Effective interpersonal skills for reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor and Executive Staff, coordinating with coworkers, interacting professionally with residents, and interfacing politely with external vendors.
- Accountability & Reliability: High personal standards for craftsmanship and a strong sense of responsibility to the team, including punctuality and dependable performance.
