Maintenance Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our apartments in a safe, proper, and efficient way. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on our apartments inside and out including: faucet replacement, light replacement, outlet replacement, repairing door knobs, painting, etc
• renovations
• Scour the property for trash and debris
• Provide excellent customer service by delivering service with a smile

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apartment maintenance
• ability to work around college age residents
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, are required.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure.

Bonus of approximately $2,500 paid after August move ins, and additional monthly and quarterly bonuses. Some overtime, particularly in August, paid time off, vacation pay, paid holidays, health insurance, and a housing discount are just some of the benefits we offer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
