Maintenance Technician

Gervin Management is seeking a reliable and hardworking Maintenance Technician to service managed properties throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance work orders at multiple properties
• Perform interior and exterior handyman repairs
• Complete light plumbing and electrical work
• Perform heavy lifting and physically demanding work
• Assist with snow removal during winter storms

Qualifications:

• General maintenance or handyman experience
• Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable and able to work independently

Additions:

• Company vehicle provided
• Company gas card provided
• Opportunity for overtime

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
