Maintenance Technician

About the role

Maintenance Technician responsible for inspection, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment used in bakery production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment used in bakery production
• Maintain machinery including ovens, mixers, beaters, dough rollers, sealers, refrigerators, cold rooms, and other equipment within the factory
• Perform basic repairs when machinery or equipment malfunctions to reduce production downtime
• Check and maintain machinery according to PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedule
• Manage electrical systems, water systems, air conditioning systems, and utilities within the factory
• Inspect safety of machinery, equipment, and work areas
• Record maintenance history, problems found, and spare parts used
• Document quality system records: GHPs, HACCP, WI
• Check and control stock of spare parts, tools, and equipment for maintenance work
• Coordinate with contractors or external service providers for specialized repairs

About you

• Vocational certificate (ปวช.) or higher vocational certificate (ปวส.) in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance work, machinery, refrigeration systems, and building systems
• Able to repair electrical systems, plumbing, machinery, refrigeration equipment, and general equipment
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot problems effectively
• Able to work well with production department and other units
• Able to work in shifts, work on holidays, or respond to urgent repairs as needed
• Experience in food factories, bakeries, restaurants, or Central Kitchens is preferred
• Knowledge of cold room systems, refrigeration equipment, or industrial ovens is preferred
