Maintenance Technician

Working Hours: General Shift

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC and VMC machines.
• Troubleshoot and rectify mechanical, electrical Problems.

Maintain CNC/VMC machines, including:

Spindle and spindle motor, Servo motors and drives Ball screws, Linear guides, Linear guides, Coolant systems, Lubrication systems, Sensors and switches, Hydraulic and pneumatic systems

• Maintain breakdown reports, PM checklists and maintenance records.
• Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Quality departments for machine-related issues.
• Support installation, commissioning and trial runs of new CNC/VMC machines.
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements and company maintenance standards

Required Technical Skills:

• CNC/VMC machine troubleshooting
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Ability to maintain maintenance records

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
