Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair various mechanical systems, including HVAC & refrigeration units, kitchen equipment, and other essential machinery.
• Read schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Install new appliances, HVAC systems, and mechanical equipment following safety protocols and manufacturer specifications.
• Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment delivery as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used to support operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on complex projects such as construction or major system upgrades while demonstrating leadership skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, and HVAC & appliance technology.
• Hands-on experience with refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Construction experience or familiarity with building systems is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.

Pay: From $21.00 per hour
