Maintenance Technician

Duties

• Troubleshoot basic conveyor systems using technical knowledge of HVAC & appliance technology; repair or replace defective parts as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used; adhere to maintenance schedules to prevent system failures.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with team members and clients about repair processes and system status.
• will be overseeing contractors/HVAC electrical & plumbing, fire & security.
• This is a one site job location contract.

Skills

• general equipment upkeep.
• Experience with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) procedures; familiar with tools and safety protocols for mechanical systems repair.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; commitment to safety standards at all times.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
