YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

This hotel maintenance position offers full-time and part-time schedules, with flexibility required to work weekends and holidays as needed.

As our full-time or part-time Maintenance Technician, you'll walk the property, identifying opportunities to keep the hotel operating safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot equipment, complete preventive maintenance tasks, respond quickly to guest requests, and partner with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable stay.

Here's what we need from you:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, pivot, grip, and perform physically active work
• Ability to operate hotel equipment safely and effectively
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work as a team and independently
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
