Maintenance Technician

Southcreek Management Company is looking for a motivated full-time maintenance technician in Lexington, Ky.

Essential Job Functions

• Complete all work orders in an efficient and timely manner.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market condition.
• Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete tasks.
• Must be able to work on and repair building systems such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC & more.
• Performs day-to-day repairs and effectively executes a preventative maintenance plan.
• Complete necessary required paperwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions and communicate effectively.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability in the maintenance field.
