Maintenance Technician

Paisley Park is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our facilities team. This is an advanced, hands-on facilities position responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting the building's equipment, grounds, and overall facility operations.

The ideal candidate brings significant experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, mechanical equipment, preventative maintenance, and building repairs.

In addition to performing skilled maintenance work, this position will help coordinate outside contractors and vendors, obtain and compare bids and estimates, oversee contracted work, and assist with facility projects.

This role requires strong technical judgment, attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to maintain a safe, reliable, and welcoming environment for guests, staff, artists, vendors, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and building systems
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks and maintain maintenance records
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and facility issues
• Conduct inspections of equipment, building systems, and grounds
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors when necessary
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance technician, facilities maintenance, or building maintenance experience required
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repair practices
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including climbing ladders, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Valid driver's license preferred
