We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Maintenance Technician who has an eye for detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced work environment. This is a full-time, permanent position based on site at our Hope Valley Factory, WA. We would also consider permanent part-time for the right candidate.

The Role

The Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and continuous operation of the manufacturing plant by carrying out preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on mechanical and process equipment. The role contributes directly to plant reliability, minimising downtime, and supporting safe production in a high-risk environment.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

• Ensure scheduled preventive maintenance is being performed correctly on manufacturing equipment, conveyors, pumps, mixers, bagging lines, and related systems.
• Conduct timely repairs of equipment failures to minimise production interruptions
• Diagnose mechanical and control system faults across the plant
• Participate in root cause analysis for major failures or recurring faults
• Assist in installation and commissioning of new equipment or plant upgrades
• Assistance with production, warehousing and freight logistics as required

About you:

• Trade qualification in Mechanical Fitting, Electrical, or relevant field (e.g., Certificate III or IV)
• West Australia High-Risk Licence – Forklift (highly desirable)
• Australian Drivers Licence
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment will be looked upon favorably
• Experience with welding, fabrication and electrical troubleshooting (preferable)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
