Maintenance Technician

Daikan is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Maintenance Technician to join our team. The role includes routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance, with flexibility to work across any of our branches throughout the UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across restaurant and kitchen facilities.

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment issues.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure equipment is kept in good working condition.

• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with emergency repairs when required.

  Qualification:

• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical works, and plumbing.

• Previous experience in restaurant, commercial kitchen, or hospitality maintenance is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle minor repairs.

• Valid driving license is an advantage and must be willing to work night shifts.
