MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems, machinery, and automation equipment to ensure maximum production efficiency with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair maintenance systems and production machinery in compliance with safety standards.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults in manufacturing equipment, automation systems, and control panels.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce equipment breakdowns.
• Inspect and test electrical components, wiring, and systems to identify issues.
• Assist in equipment upgrades, modifications, and new machine installations.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and machine manuals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

Education & Certification:

• Minimum SKM (Level 3) in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Electrical / Mechanical Technology, or related field.

Experience:

• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial automation, or machine maintenance is preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Ability to troubleshoot electrical / mechanical and control system issues quickly.
• Skilled in using electrical / mechanical testing tools and industrial maintenance equipment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

• Willing to work shifts, overtime, and on-call during breakdowns.
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a factory environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.
