Maintenance Technician

Mc Wilson Corporation (the company behind different upscale casual dining restaurants; Gringo, Tokyo Bubble Tea, Honeybon, and Tatatito) is hiring for MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

Head office location: Banawe, Quezon Avenue

• Repair and troubleshoot kitchen equipment when needed.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and urgent repair concerns.
• Check electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and other kitchen equipment.
• Ensure equipment is safe and working properly.
• Perform regular cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor and report damaged or defective equipment.
• Assist in installation and replacement of kitchen equipment.
• Maintain records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Managers and Commissary staff regarding equipment concerns.
• Ensure proper use and handling of tools and equipment.
• Perform other maintenance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a Vocational degree graduate
• Minimum 2 years experience as a maintenance technician (Repairing)
• With a working knowledge of refrigeration and cold equipment, carpentry, exhaust system, and plumbing
• Flexible for fieldwork and for night schedule
