Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances to ensure continuous operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HVAC & refrigeration systems
• Install, modify, and upgrade appliances and mechanical systems with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, parts used, and system conditions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with team members and responding promptly to maintenance requests.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with kitchen equipment maintenance in commercial setting.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair and operations practices to ensure equipment reliability and safety.
• Mechanical knowledge of HVAC units.
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
• Experience with carpet cleaning and painting
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate information clearly
• Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and proactive problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
