Pay Range: $15 - $18hr

Schedule: Full Time

Solero Columbus is looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment, machinery, building systems, and other operational assets to help ensure a safe, reliable, and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Diagnose problems and complete repairs efficiently to minimize equipment downtime.
• Perform routine inspections and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns.
• Assist with installation, adjustment, and modification of equipment and machinery.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, parts, and equipment condition.
• Respond to maintenance requests and prioritize work based on safety and operational needs.
• Work with production and other departments to address equipment issues and improve reliability.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition.
• Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and applicable OSHA requirements.
• Assist with facility maintenance, including basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, and other building-related repairs as needed.
• Support continuous improvement efforts to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in industrial, manufacturing, facility, or equipment maintenance preferred.
