Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Practice teamwork and collaboration to achieve individual and departmental KPI.

• Assist Maintenance Engineers to coordinate and follow up on equipment move-in/hook-up/installation activities and progress.

• Execute defined PM plan and procedure to ensure that equipment can be sustained until next planned PM.

• Carry out equipment troubleshooting and repair/fix problem to prevent reoccurrence.

• Involve and contribute to continuous improvement plan (CIP).

• Effectively handover all information during shift to next shift and superior.

• Ensure the compliance to 5S, Cleanroom & Safety Protocol in the work and production area.

• Setup effective planning and scheduling for maintenance task (PM and CM)

• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by engineer or superior.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge in systematic problem-solving approach.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as equipment maintenance is IC Substrates/PCB/Wafer Fab/Solar Cell manufacturing industry
