Maintenance Technician

Searching for a responsible individual for maintaining all company facilities, equipment, and basic infrastructure to ensure safe, efficient and uninterrupted operations.

Facility Maintenance

• General building repairs to all buildings and shops
• Annual maintenance of buildings, including but limited to: buffing floors, painting, general cleaning
• Maintain plumbing systems including toilets, sinks, drains and minor leaks
• Maintain lighting systems including bulb and ballast replacement
• Address HVAC issue and coordinate with vendors when necessary
• Maintain exterior areas including sidewalks, parking lots, signage

Equipment Maintenance

• Commercial & residential refrigerators & coolers
• Dishwashing machines
• Small kitchen equipment
• Large candy equipment

Emergency Repairs

• Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs that could impact operations
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures
• Coordinate emergency vendor services when necessary

Transportation & Logistics Support

• Assist with maintaining company delivery vehicles
• Assist with deliveries & transport of product as needed

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 45.0 per week
