Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems across our facilities. Your expertise will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently, safety standards are met, and operational disruptions are minimized. Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment.
• Install new appliances and mechanical systems following manufacturer specifications and safety protocols.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on complex mechanical systems, including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and work orders for all repairs and inspections performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in appliance repair, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and appliance technology for troubleshooting and repairs.
• Hands-on experience with appliance installation, kitchen equipment maintenance, and equipment repair.
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to perform maintenance on diverse mechanical systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
• Familiarity with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), construction processes, and safety standards.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
