Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and repair appliances, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration units, and mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
• Install new appliances, HVAC components, refrigeration systems, and kitchen equipment with precision and adherence to safety standards.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex mechanical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used in compliance with operational procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to prioritize maintenance requests and improve overall facility performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, or mechanical systems repair.
• Knowledge of schematics, technical manuals, and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex equipment issues.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing mechanical systems repair and maintenance across diverse equipment types.
• Familiarity with maintenance operations including repair & operations (MRO), equipment repair, and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
• Leadership qualities that support teamwork and continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance processes.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
