Maintenance Technician

ARE YOU THE PERSON EVERYONE CALLS WHEN SOMETHING BREAKS?

We’re looking for a Maintenance Technician — but we’re not necessarily looking for the person with the longest résumé.

Maybe you’ve spent years fixing things around your house.
Maybe you’re the friend everyone calls when their sink leaks, their toilet won’t stop running, or something needs to be taken apart and put back together.
Maybe you’ve worked with your hands your entire life but haven’t had the official job title to prove it.

If you’re naturally handy, mechanically minded, dependable, and willing to learn — we want to meet you.

WHO WE ARE

We’re a small corporate team with a well-established on-site property team, and we’re looking to add another great person to the crew.

We believe good maintenance technicians are built from more than certifications and résumés. We can teach the technical side to the right person. What we can’t teach is pride in your work, common sense, reliability, and the desire to figure things out.

Our team works hard, helps each other, communicates, and takes ownership of the property we care for. You won’t be just another number in a giant organization.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll help keep our apartment community running smoothly by:

• Completing apartment maintenance and service requests
• Troubleshooting and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general maintenance issues
• Preparing apartments for new residents
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Helping maintain the property’s buildings, grounds, and amenities
• Working alongside an experienced on-site team
• Providing friendly, professional service to our residents
• Learning something new along the way

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experience is great. Certifications are great. But they aren't everything.

We’re interested in someone who:

• Is genuinely good with their hands
• Enjoys figuring out how things work
• Has a “let me see if I can fix it” mentality
• Is dependable and takes ownership of their work
• Can work independently but also enjoys being part of a team
• Has good communication skills and treats residents with respect
• Is willing to learn and grow
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Has maintenance experience OR the natural ability and work ethic to become a great maintenance technician

WHAT WE OFFER

$20–$26 per hour, based on experience and certifications.
