Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. This role will perform repairs and help in the operation, monitoring, and performance of preventative maintenance as necessary.

Location: Pennsauken, NJ

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Conducts routine production line maintenance and repairs such as; replacement of belts, cleaning and repair of filling heads, troubleshooting performance issues.
• Follows established preventive maintenance schedules and/or provides support for routine maintenance.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies.
• Records and reports on maintenance repairs and issues as needed.
• Ensure all safety and work procedures are followed.
• Maintains building/facility needs such as painting, cleaning, fire/safety equipment, lightbulb changes and other general facility needs.
• Comfortable in the efficient use of PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Assist in Providing training for line operators and shift leads on basic maintenance tasks as well as training on machine settings and parameters.
• Document and analyze trends of scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
• Assist with the development of written maintenance related SOP’s.
