Job Summary

Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and improving production machinery and utility equipment to ensure safe, reliable and uninterrupted plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of production and packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults and restore equipment with minimum downtime.
• Inspect machines regularly and identify potential failures or abnormal operating conditions.
• Perform maintenance activities on beverage processing, filling, packaging and conveying systems.
• Handle equipment such as filling machines, capping machines, labelling machines, conveyors, pumps, compressors and other plant machinery.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification and servicing of machines and equipment.
• Carry out basic electrical work such as motor, sensor, control panel and wiring troubleshooting, as applicable to qualification.
• Maintain and repair mechanical components including bearings, belts, chains, couplings, valves, pumps and pneumatic systems.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, checklists and spare-parts requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments during breakdowns, planned maintenance and machine changeovers.
• Ensure all maintenance work is carried out safely using appropriate PPE and following company procedures.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions in the maintenance area.
• Support utility maintenance and ensure reliable operation of essential plant services.
• Suggest improvements to reduce breakdowns, downtime, energy consumption and maintenance costs.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor / Manager.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
