Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance and repair requirements of our hotel/property. The candidate should have good troubleshooting skills and the ability to respond quickly to maintenance issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other property systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.
• Attend to guest room and common-area maintenance complaints promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Handle basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work.
• Coordinate with external technicians and service providers when required.
• Maintain maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts.
• Follow safety standards and ensure proper maintenance records are maintained.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requirements when necessary.

Requirements

• ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in hotel, resort, commercial building, or facility maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work shifts and handle emergency maintenance requirements.
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently.
