We are seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment, facilities, and operations running safely and efficiently. This hands-on role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production machinery, support equipment, and facility systems under the direction of the Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and safely to maintenance requests involving production machinery, support equipment, and facility systems.
• Diagnose equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement effective repairs or recommend modifications to prevent recurring problems.
• Perform machine alignments and equipment adjustments to ensure proper operation, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, inspecting, and adjusting machinery components.
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance to support a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility and campus.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing maintenance activities.
• Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Previous experience in facilities maintenance, landscaping, construction, or general manufacturing experience required.
• Must be able to operate a forklift and aerial lifts.
• Ability to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and complete repairs efficiently.
• Commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible, dependable, and willing to take on a variety of maintenance-related tasks.
