Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle electrical maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, facility repairs, and preventive maintenance. The role also supports basic inspection of auxiliary systems, maintenance inventory, and purchasing activities to ensure the property's safe, efficient, and smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repairs of electrical systems, wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and electrical panels.
• Inspect and perform basic maintenance of auxiliary systems, including FDAS, CCTV, emergency lights, and related equipment.
• Monitor, operate, and maintain the generator set (genset) to ensure readiness during power interruptions.
• Perform basic maintenance of air-conditioning units, pumps, electric motors, backup power systems, and other facility equipment.
• Carry out basic plumbing, general repairs, and other facility maintenance works.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests, equipment concerns, and emergency repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, workplace safety procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas, tools, equipment, and storage spaces.
• Monitor maintenance supplies and inventory and report items requiring replenishment.
• Assist with purchasing maintenance and operational supplies, coordinating with suppliers regarding quotations, availability, pricing, and delivery.
• Verify delivered items against approved specifications and ensure the correct quantity and quality.
• Drive for company-related errands, purchasing activities, and other operational requirements as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and external service providers regarding maintenance and repair requirements.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; technical-vocational training or certification in Electrical Installation and Maintenance, Electrical Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• At least 1–3 years of relevant experience in electrical, facilities, or building maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuit breakers, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Familiarity with generator sets, air-conditioning units, pumps, motors, FDAS, CCTV, and emergency lighting is an advantage.
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, general repairs, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Ability to use hand tools and electrical testing instruments safely.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to assist with purchasing, inventory monitoring, and company-related errands.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be willing to drive for work-related requirements.
• Relevant technical certifications or licenses are an advantage and must be held where legally required.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, as required.
