Job Overview

Proline Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, dependable tradesperson to join our growing team. This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone who can arrive at a job, understand the scope, work independently when needed, and complete repairs professionally without constant supervision.

Our projects include residential, commercial, HOA, and property-management work throughout the Tampa Bay area. Work may include drywall repair, painting, carpentry, siding, soffit/fascia, doors, trim, exterior repairs, light remodeling, concrete repairs, fencing, handrails, and general property maintenance.

The right candidate should:

• Have several years of hands-on construction or property-maintenance experience

• Be skilled in multiple trades

-Be able to troubleshoot problems and determine the proper repair

• Produce clean, professional finished work

• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Own basic hand tools

• Be dependable, punctual, organized, and able to communicate professionally

• Be comfortable working around homeowners, property managers, commercial clients, and HOA communities

• Keep work areas clean and respect clients’ properties

• Be able to work independently as well as with a crew

• Take responsibility for the quality of their work

We are especially interested in someone who wants long-term employment and an opportunity to grow with the company, rather than someone simply looking for temporary work.

At Proline, we value consistency, accountability, professionalism, and quality workmanship. We have a growing base of residential and commercial clients and are looking for the right person who can become an important part of our team.

Pay is based on experience, skill level, reliability, and ability to complete work independently.

If you’re an experienced tradesperson who takes pride in doing things correctly the first time, we’d like to hear from you.

Please apply with your work history and a brief description of the trades and types of projects you are experienced in. Photos of previous work are encouraged.
