We do not micromanage so you must be a self - starter and be able to manage yourself with very little oversight.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

This job requires many responsibilities related to general facility maintenance including:

• CNC machines
• material handling
• forklift operation
• welding equipment
• blasting cabinets
• deburring equipment
• painting equipment

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
• Inspect facilities for safety hazards and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC/R, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations.
• Respond to maintenance requests from staff promptly.

Requirements

• Technical degree in facility maintenance or related field.
• Five year work history in facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and electrical work is essential.
• Ability to operate scissor lifts and other maintenance equipment safely.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• The ability to follow through and complete directives from upper management.

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
