Maintenance Technician

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across various systems and appliances, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with HVAC, appliance technology, and maintenance of kitchen equipment, along with a strong background in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on a variety of equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
• Conduct HVAC system inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to maintain climate control systems.
• Maintain and repair appliances used within the facility, ensuring they operate efficiently.
• Service and maintain kitchen equipment, including ovens, refrigerators, dishwashers, and other culinary appliances.
• Assist with troubleshooting issues related to maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
• Document maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for record-keeping purposes.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and ensure safety standards are met at all times.

Experience

• Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).
• Hands-on experience with HVAC systems and appliance technology.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently and perform necessary repairs.
• Prior experience in a similar maintenance technician role is highly desirable.
