Maintenance Technician

Position: Maintenance Technician

Company: PRGLUX CO., LTD.

Proposed Salary: THB 18,000–25,000/month (Depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

1. Inspect, maintain, and repair industrial machinery, equipment, and factory utility systems.
2. Perform preventive maintenance (PM) according to established schedules.
3. Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and identify root causes of technical problems.
4. Maintain electrical and mechanical systems within authorized duties and safety requirements.
5. Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and repair documentation.
6. Inspect tools, spare parts, and maintenance materials.
7. Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
8. Follow workplace safety standards, 5S practices, and company procedures.
9. Recommend improvements to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
10. Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate, Higher Vocational Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience in industrial or factory maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical manuals is an advantage.
• Knowledge of PLC, pneumatic, or hydraulic systems is an advantage.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
• Good understanding of workplace safety practices.
